Hotel was good for the price. Hotel is near everything - great location! Pool was warm, but small. Room was clean, but small. We were lucky and got a corner room with 2 views. Elevators were quick, but small. Staff was nice, and mostly helpful. ATTN: air is fragrant; therefore, avoid if you are sensitive to smells or have allergies to scents! My son had severe headaches from the air fresheners throughout building and even in our room we stayed in all 4 days. Rooms were noisy - could hear sirens very loudly daily 21 floors down! Management apologized, but it didn't help his headaches or our experience. I expect more from Hilton- have had much better experiences with them. Sorry to say, but we will not being staying in this particular hotel again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location. About 4-5 blocks from River Walk. Room was clean and had all I needed. Hotel is attached to bar restaurant so that was good. I did not use the gym or use room service but overall a very nice stay. Use a parking app to save on parking...there is a parking lot attached to building but $60+ bucks a nights

Nicely located hotel. Rooms are well appointed. Property was clean and well maintained. The corner room in which I stayed was bright and airy. Employees were helpful. Breakfast was tasty (although the buffet was a bit lackluster). My only complaint is that it is possible to hear street noise, even quite high up, but I turned on my white noise machine & quickly solved that problem! Would definitely stay here again.

It is hard to find fault with the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile suites, but it is also difficult to find anything exceptional to say about this hotel. Located adjacent to the John Hancock tower and within easy reach of Oak street beach and the Magnificent Mile, it is a good place to stay with access to the Chicago red line underground about a 10 minute walk away. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the concierge located outside the front entrance was the same. Inside, the hotel there were 29 floors with a reasonable sized swimming pool on the 29th floor (open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM). My bedroom was large and spacious with a good-sized, king-size bed, a bath and shower a fridge, coffee making facility, (but no kettle) a sofa and easy chair together with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. There was a flat screen TV, a hair dryer an iron and an ironing board. The room was serviced daily and everything about the fittings was new, clean and good. However, the reason I have only rated this hotel average is because there was no restaurant and everything else about the hotel was completely vanilla! For example, there was no information in the room about the hotel facilities only a QR code to scan. I received several emails from the hotel suggesting that I download their app in order to make my check in quicker and several others confirming my stay and sending me an invoice. Staying in this hotel felt like it completely soulless experience with minimal personal contact. If bland anonymity is what you want when you pay well over $131 a night this could be the place for you, but what marks out an excellent hotel from an average one is something a bit different and a bit personal. This hotel lacked both.

It's your average hotel. We didn't know where the pool was. On the 11th or 12th floor I think? We asked the front desk & they looked at us strange! No hot tub though if that's your jam. The room was quiet. We had a spectacular view. We ran out of coffee so went to lobby by coffee maker to refill. They have 24/7 coffee but no free breakfast. There's grocery stores & shopping close by and many attractions are a short bus ride away. If you bring up directions on your phone, it'll tell you what bus route or train to take. I felt safe and if we got lost, locals gave directions. We were able to see a lot in a short time staying here. I don't know if it was worth the $. Google TV was built in so that helped us stream our own media. There's nothing included, few amenities & the restaurant was $$$. We didn't have a car so can't review parking. You hear traffic but it's not terrible and you'll still be able to sleep. That's part of the experience of staying in the city, anyway. Be warned, everything is locked, including elevator and bathroom on first level, so you'll need your key. I'm glad we paid extra for view.
